Hi again! i was just browsing the news when i found this article on yahoo by CNA people. this was very unique and i decided to post it here! to share it with all of you!

"Spooktacular" spooks Sentosa museum visitors during Halloween


SINGAPORE: Halloween — traditionally a time when ancient Celts believed the boundary between the worlds of the living and the dead blurred — falls on Saturday this year.

From Pontianaks to scarred Chinese beauties, the ancient festival of Halloween has been given a decidedly Asian twist.

"Images of Singapore", a museum on Sentosa containing wax figures of old Singapore, was given a ghostly makeover in the name of "Spooktacular," for the Halloween period.

And from the queues of people waiting outside the venue, it can be said that scary business is obviously good business.

Visitors treaded nervously as they anticipated what was next, but most of the crowd lapped it up.

"We should have more of such events in Singapore — very fun," said a visitor.






It was the brainchild of a group of tourism studies students from Temasek Polytechnic and Sentosa. The S$75,000 event took months of preparation, and many ideas were tossed out before hitting on this combination.

"We came up with this theme of music and horror because these are the two main drivers for youths to feel excitement and the drive. So from then on, it built up to something called Spooktacular," said Jasmine Seah, a student at Temasek Polytechnic.

Lol was just stumbling about the internet minding my own business when this site appeared. it was called www.failblog.com or something like that, it had fail pictures and this one really captured my attention

i believe this is one of the main reasons why some people are afraid of clowns.. they are just plain scary in some aspects and u can never really see behind their smiles...
some of them look funny in a evilish way and some people actually like clowns like that but then again almost 2x the people are afraid of those types of clowns. well after much research [5minutes lol] i found out the scientific reason behind people being afraid of clowns.. its called Coulrophobia lol.

Ah I have just had another one of my stroke of inspirations and it was due to the fact that tomorrrow is halloween! Well have any of you heard of halloween? well i bet all of you have and do you know when it is on? it is "n" annual holiday celebrated on October 31. well annual at some places . Renember the jack o lanterns and trick'o tricking that u have watched or heard about? some of you lucky ppl have even done it before! but well... theres not many people who celebrates halloween in singapore *sigh* and there's not even a lame concert like for deepavali today.. oh well. now lets have some nerdy information from wikipedia!

It has been a boring day at school sitting at the hall with little less than 30minutes of break only. sit down listen to the talker blah blah blah play some dumb games like hunter squrriel and tree. overall school is shtty now. no arguments.

[ofc]and the movie too. well let me say this 2012 is predicted to be one heck of a year it is predicted to be a rumored armaggeadon year. the mayans "said" this "The forecast is based primarily on what is claimed to be the end-date of the Mesoamerican Long Count calendar, which is presented as lasting 5,125 years and as terminating on December 21 or 23, 2012. " well enough on that. the mayans predicted the end of the world on 2012 but their civilization is already abolished. so what the hell :D lets now talk about the movie. the movie 2012 is directed by Roland Emmirch and is scheduled for release on November 13, 2009 the film features a website from the fictitious "Institute for Human Continuity" describing the various doomsday scenarios meant to occur in that year. Among these scenarios is a reference to the Nibiru collision, a galactic alignment, and increased solar activity.
oh and did u know that 2012 is also the year london host the olympic games? it wuld
be funny to see people freak out at the olympic stadium ..

Ah. today is quite fun as i had gone to joseph's house then play basketball with my friends! alot of friends :D well i was not good at basketball and i dont think i will ever be but anyway im just there for the fun of being with friends :D anyway it was really sukky when some tall tall muscualar men/students that spoke chinese [suspect is from china from accents] came while 70% of my friends were off to buy drinks and "STOLE" our half court from us. and it was seriously boring waiting for them to clear off but they kept to their word of 11 balls '1' game and cleared off after that luckily.. nothing bad happened like fighting or anything but a few of us me included got hit by basketball while we were playing.. one advice to readers . NEVER STAND UNDER THE BASKET BALL HOOP or sit under or anywhere within 2 metres of the hoop area cause there is where u are most likely to be hitted ... ok thats all anybody seeen the monday night movie? the nuclear missle thing ? lost bullet? or something like that? its quite "romantic" and is one of the few "romantic" movies i have seen -.- kinda lame but when the gun fight time quite cool but then again shoot helicopter and helicopter goes BOOM? shoot car and car go BOOM? La Me mythbuster already prooved that is fake. damn hollywood . rofl but who cares its exciting and gives an adlerdine rush or something like that. Good night Lol :D

This is DJ hero's gaming " machine " it is like the Guitar or drums :D it decently works like guitar hero but u have to do a matter of diffrent things like hold down the button and do the thing DJs always do rewind the disk by hand and winding it :D pretty cool but ur reflexes must be fast.. easy medium arnt really fun cause they are too easy but hard is where it gets fun but that is where is starts to get tough :D

Went for a Second day at Vivo city for the XGS but seriously it was getting boring lol. there were only like 1 XBox console for each game they were displaying except for some speical ones like Halo and ... [forget already lol] I was really disappointed as there was a M18 room and me jeremiah and waylen couldnt enter as we were not 18 yet alot of the more "fun" games were inside .. assaisins creed 2 and Left for Dead 2 anyway why are they M18? dotz... and the ones that was not M18 were very limited .. had to queue up for quite a few minutes for some game time like..

Playing Beatles Rockband took over 10minutes of waiting just to play 3 minutes of game that is if you are lucky.. the one that was the fastest was tekken 6 and tekken 6 was really quite amazing with over 40 charcters or maybe 30 over :D and all the skills are unique totally awesome although some old school players from tekken to tekken 5 might not like the changes espically from Play station to Xbox i heard some of them complain that it is very diffrent with Playstation. Well Enough on tekken now let me talk about the rock band competition me jeremiah waylen and another amercian boy borned in singapore took part in [P.S to take part need 4 people]
our band was called ROFLCOPTERS and we failed terribly :D well didnt fail but got only 250k points. compareed to other teams who all got more than 1000k points :.: partly due to me for playing easy on drums and not getting 100% .... oh well did u know that jeremiah waylen and I ate @ burger king for 2 lunches and 1 dinners? imagine that one and a half whole days of eating burgers and fries. anyway pictures coming up in next post. oh ya DJ hero owns! damn hard but fun. specs coming up next too

Sorry for the lack of updates the last few days fellow internet users,the last few days was uneventful and i had nothing much to post about so here is the last few days in a nut shell.


on Wednesday, i did nothing much except watch TV and play computer.. i found a nice game called Ninja Trick on facebook which actually allows u to use ur mouse to controll ur 3d character to attack,walk find. pretty cool considering its the first time i seen such thing on facebook here is the link.

Its the start of a new week and i had a great day at east coast park cycling on my rented bicycle . the cheapest bicycle rental shop there was cycleland or something like that pay for 1 hour get 1 hour free.. kinda cool :D and my bike was just $5. had a great day there the sun was shining the wind was blowing ahh :D the bliss. after cycling a whole day i went to the foodcourt to have some food... daaam swweet the food there so delicious . marine parade owns! food good Beach near .. Dam PRO :D

Just a little update.
went to KFC for a big KFC lunch. pretty cool considering that i hadnt had any fast food for the last 2 months due to PSLE. [Scared fall sick and all that rubbish ] oh well i had a freakinn feast. after that i went back home and started face book'in
nothing worth while doing so i shut the com and went to watch the 4th or was it 5th replay of 2 Fast 2 Furious , it never fails to amaze me... the action... anyway enough about that. I shall Sleep late and wait for the 12 am to appear . tommorow no school anyway :D Good Night all y'all mateys!
