On The Fast Lane!
Hello, its me once again. i havent been blogging much cause i have nothing much to blog about. well that was the past now i have things to blog about and this post shall be about bicycles- one of the best inventions ever. why do i say that? firstly it is enviormentally friendly and u can go places that u cant normally go with cars. and besides there's alot of goodness in it but i wont say that much. anyway biking or cycling whichever u prefer, is real fun. although u might get sweaty and sticky but it is really fun and it IS a form for excersise too
to me, it THE best way to excercise and i know my friends agreee with me too :D we always cycle around our neighbourhood :D me and my bunch of friends can cycle for like 3/4 of the day starting from 6am on saturdays/sundays! how crazy is that? and why dont we get bored? well u will never get bored of cycling. so if u dont have a bike get one and start cycling. if u have a bike start cycling. :.: u will not regret it and renember to warm up first. if u have a bike with gear set it to low gear.
